The Allied People’s Movement (APM), Lagos State, congratulates its Presidential Candidate, His Excellency Seyi Makinde, FNSE; its Lagos State Governorship Candidate, Laja Adeoye, MPD; and all APM Senatorial, House of Representatives and House of Assembly candidates following the release of the final and substantive list of candidates for the forthcoming elections.
The publication of the final list is an important milestone in our collective effort to restore democratic power to the people and to build governments that place the interests, welfare and aspirations of Nigerians first.

On behalf of the Lagos State chapter of the Allied People’s Movement, I commend Seyi Makinde, FNSE, and all our candidates for their courage, commitment and readiness to offer themselves for public service at a time when Nigerians are demanding a new direction.

Lagosians, It Is Time to Reset

We call on all Lagosians to join the “I Am a Resetter” Movement.
To be a Resetter is to recognise that Nigeria and Lagos State can do better. It is to reject politics that places personal interest, patronage and the comfort of a few above the welfare of ordinary citizens. It is to demand a government that listens, a government that works, and a government that treats public office as a responsibility rather than an opportunity for personal enrichment.
The APM believes that democracy must deliver tangible benefits for the people. Lagosians deserve good roads, affordable housing, quality education, accessible healthcare, employment opportunities, effective transportation, improved security, support for entrepreneurs, and a business environment in which ordinary citizens can prosper.
Reset Lagos — Atunto Eko 1.0
Our message to Lagosians is simple: Reset Lagos. Atunto Eko 1.0.
The APM’s Atunto Eko 1.0 vision is a commitment to a new Lagos in which government is people-centred, accountable, transparent and responsive. We envision a Lagos where young people are not condemned to unemployment and hopelessness; where entrepreneurs receive meaningful support and access to capital; where housing is treated as a social necessity; where education is properly funded; where security is strengthened; and where residents are not subjected to oppressive and multiple taxation simply because they are trying to survive.
Atunto Eko is not merely a campaign slogan. It is a call for a fundamental change in the way Lagos is governed. This Lagos reset will align with the broader Reset Nigeria agenda of the Allied People’s Movement under the leadership of our Presidential Candidate, Seyi Makinde, FNSE.
From Lagos to Nigeria — Let the People Reset the System
We urge Lagosians to look beyond the politics of personality, propaganda and empty promises. The forthcoming elections present an opportunity to make a deliberate choice for a political platform prepared to put the people first.
The APM calls on Lagosians to vote overwhelmingly for Allied People’s Movement candidates at every level:
Seyi Makinde, FNSE as the next President while Laja Adeoye, MPD takes over as the next Governor of Lagos State.
We further urge Lagosians to vote massively for all our, Senatorial, House of Representatives and Lagos State House of Assembly candidates.
Every vote counts. Every polling unit matters. Every community matters. Every Lagosian has a stake in the kind of Lagos and Nigeria we hand over to the next generation.
We particularly call on young people, workers, artisans, traders, professionals, entrepreneurs, students, retirees and all citizens who desire a better society to become active participants in this movement.
Do not merely complain about the system. Become a Resetter. Do not merely demand change. Vote for it. Do not surrender your democratic power. Use it.
The APM will take its message to every part of Lagos State, engaging directly with the people and presenting practical solutions to the challenges confronting our communities. We are ready for a campaign based on issues, ideas, accountability and the future of our people.
The time has come for Lagosians to move from complaint to action, from frustration to participation, and from the old order to a new beginning.
I Am a Resetter. Are You?
The Allied People’s Movement invites every Lagosian to join this historic movement.
Together, we can Reset Lagos. Atunto Eko 1.0 . Together, we can support the Reset Nigeria agenda. Together, we can build governments that work for the people.
Vote APM. Vote Seyi Makinde, FNSE. Vote Laja Adeoye MPD. for Lagos State Governor 2027, and APM candidates across Lagos.
Vote for the people. Vote for a reset.
Signed
