A non-governmental organisation, TOOL Community Development Initiatives, has facilitated the rehabilitation of the 2 kilometres road at Ojasope Estate, Oke Ipin New Eruwa Area of Eruwa, in Ibarapa East Local Government of Oyo State.
The rehabilitation is aimed to create an enabling environment, easing movement of dwellers in the area and enhancing their safety.
Following the gesture of the initiative on the road rehabilitation, residents of the Ojasope Estate Area, have applauded the foundation, TOOL Community Development Initiatives under the leadership of Mrs. Titilope Oguntade Oladele.
TOOL Initiatives is a non profit organisation dedicated to community development and humanitarian services. Established on the mission to cushion the poverty rate, feed, educate the less privileged, and empower the youth to be self-reliant contributors to their communities.
The foundation which is popular for her yearly Christmas Outreach and Food Bank Project programs, aims to make a positive impact on the lives of those facing challenges in education, empowerment, and community development.
President of the Initiatives, Titilope Oguntade Oladele while speaking on the community development projects said it is her topmost priority and social responsibility to facilitate anything that will cause growth to her community, as well as to transform lives of the less privileged persons.
“We will continue to thrive for excellence, what we are doing is just for humanity. By fixing our community development, we are building her future.
“Everything can’t be left for the government to handle, with the state of the road now, it will ease the movement of commuters in the area, enhance safety, promote social connectivity, it will also prevent flooding and erosion, and improve the quality of life.
The President of the Initiatives, Titilope Oguntade used the opportunity to encourage meaningful sons and daughters of the community, those who are blessed, to support the needy and also contribute their quota towards the development of the community.
