The Okanlomo Oodua and Gbonka Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief (Engr.) Jubril Dotun Sanusi, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Osun State, His Excellency, Senator Ademola Jackson Adeleke, on his victory in the state’s governorship election.
Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi described the re-election of Governor Adeleke as a clear testament to the confidence and trust the people of Osun State have in his administration and leadership.
According to him, the governor’s achievements and people-oriented programmes during his first term played a significant role in earning him the mandate to continue in office.
“Governor Adeleke’s re-election is a reflection of the people’s appreciation of the work his administration has done in Osun State. It is also a renewed vote of confidence in his leadership and commitment to the development of the state,” he said.
Chief Sanusi urged the governor to see his re-election as a greater responsibility to the people, charging him to double his efforts and build on the achievements recorded during his first term.
He further encouraged Governor Adeleke to sustain his grassroots engagement and continue implementing programmes that directly improve the lives of the people, noting that consistent delivery of good governance remains key to maintaining the support of the people.
Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi wished Governor Adeleke a successful second term and prayed for continued wisdom, good health and strength as he leads Osun State towards greater development and prosperity.
