Hon. Otunba Sanni Olorunwa Aridunu Eletu, Deputy Coordinator of the City Boy Movement in Ido Local Government and former Deputy Director of Youth and Student Affairs, Campaign Council, Oyo South Senatorial District (2022), has congratulated Asiwaju Yemi Aderibigbe, Esq., on his appointment as the Director-General of the Oyo State APC Governorship Campaign Council.
Asiwaju Aderibigbe was appointed by the 2027 All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Oyo State, Distinguished Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli, in what party stakeholders have described as a strategic move towards strengthening the party’s campaign structure ahead of the 2027 governorship election.
In a congratulatory message made available to journalists, Hon. Aridunu described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Asiwaju Aderibigbe’s years of dedication, commitment, and invaluable contributions to the growth and development of the APC in Oyo State.
According to him, the appointment reflects the confidence reposed in Aderibigbe’s leadership capacity, political experience, and ability to coordinate the party’s campaign efforts effectively.
“Your appointment is a testament to your unwavering commitment, loyalty, and remarkable contributions to the progress of our great party over the years. I have no doubt that your wealth of experience, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities will greatly enhance the campaign and position our party for success,” he said.
Hon. Aridunu expressed confidence that under Aderibigbe’s leadership, the campaign council would provide the necessary direction, coordination, and mobilisation required to deliver victory for the APC in the 2027 governorship election.
He prayed for God to grant the newly appointed Director-General wisdom, strength, sound health, and divine guidance as he undertakes the responsibility of leading the campaign council.
