As the Youth Leader of Ward 08, Akinyele Local Government, I have watched closely as our people continue to demand more than promises. They want visible results, inclusive leadership, and a political direction that puts the people first. That is why I stand firmly with the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) team ahead of 2027.
The flyer you see represents more than just names and positions. It represents a movement of tested leaders coming together under one umbrella for the future of Akinyele and Oyo State at large.
1. Gov. Seyi Makinde has shown what purposeful governance looks like. His Omituntun model has redefined infrastructure, education, and workers’ welfare across Oyo State. Continuity of this vision is non-negotiable.
2.Abimbola Adekanmbi for Governor brings the right mix of competence, capacity, and exposure in finance and infrastructure delivery. Oyo needs someone who can sustain and expand on the progress already made.
3. Amb. Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo for Oyo Central, Engr. Toheeb Adeoke Adlat for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency, Hon. Monsuru Olalekan Abiola for Oyo Akinyele I, and Hon. Olalere Solomon (Ere) for Oyo Akinyele II — all are young, energetic, and grassroots-connected leaders who understand the challenges of our people.
This is the meaning of *l“New Energy. New Direction. 2027.” It is not about old politics of division. It is about unity, capacity, and giving our youths a voice at the table where decisions are made.
As Ward 08 youth leader, I am calling on all youths, women, and community leaders in Akinyele to rally behind this team. The future of our LG and our state depends on the choices we make today. Let us choose progress, let us choose capacity, let us choose APM.
