On behalf of the State Chairman-Elect, Rt. Hon. Afees Jimoh, I heartily congratulate all members, leaders, stakeholders, and aspirants of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Oyo State on the landmark Supreme Court judgment restoring the National Executive Committee led by David Mark as National Chairman and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as National Secretary of our great party.
This victory is not only a triumph for justice, legality, and internal democracy, but also a clear signal that ADC has now firmly emerged as the main opposition party in Nigeria, ready to provide the nation with credible alternatives, purposeful leadership, and a people-centered direction.
We specially congratulate the National Executive Committee for its resilience, wisdom, and steadfast commitment throughout this legal process. Your courage has strengthened the confidence of party faithful across the federation.
With the earlier court judgment secured yesterday by the outgoing State Chairmen, we urge all our members in Oyo State to remain calm, united, and focused. The national leadership of our great party, as always, will provide clear direction and guidance at the appropriate time.
This is not the time for distraction. Work must begin in earnest. We must intensify mobilization across wards, local governments, and constituencies because Nigerians are looking up to ADC for solutions, hope, and a new national pathway.
Let us remain steadfast, committed, and determined as we build a stronger party and a brighter future together.
