The S. A. to Governor Seyi Makinde on Islamic Affairs, Sheikh AbdulRasheed AbdulAzeez, has extended warm felicitations to the Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Adebo Ogundoyin, on the occasion of his 39th birthday.
Sheikh AbdulAzeez, a renowned Islamic scholar and respected broadcast journalist, described the Speaker as a visionary leader whose commitment to legislative excellence and youth inclusion has continued to strengthen democratic governance in Oyo State.
The Governor’s aide commended Ogundoyin for his maturity, calm disposition, and ability to foster unity within the Assembly, noting that his leadership style has contributed significantly to the smooth relationship between the executive and legislative arms of government under Governor Makinde’s administration.
He lauded the Speaker’s dedication to the people of Ibarapa East State Constituency and his unwavering support for policies and programmes aimed at improving the welfare of residents across the state.
He also congratulates the speaker on the completion of successful tenure of Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria.
Sheikh AbdulAzeez prayed for greater wisdom, sound health, and continued success for the Speaker, expressing confidence that his new age would usher in more remarkable achievements in service to Oyo State and Nigeria at large.
