A Business Administrator and IT Expert hailing from Ibadan NorthWest Local Government, Hon. Kehinde Giwa, has extended warm congratulations to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engineer Seyi Makinde, on the momentous occasion of Oyo State’s 50th Anniversary.
