Hon. Kehinde Giwa has joined well-wishers across Oyo State to celebrate the Chairman of Oyo State Hospital Management Board (OYHMB) and Former Chairman of Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA), Dr. Akintomide Stephen Fagbemi, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a seasoned administrator and a compassionate public servant.
