Hon. (Chief) Akindipe Hammed Abiodun Akinsunbo [MPA], popularly known as Igba-Otun and the Supervisory Councillor for Works in Ibadan North-West Local Government, has joined family members, friends, political associates, and well-wishers in celebrating the Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Akin Stephen Fagbemi, Esq., on the occasion of his birthday.
In a warm and heartfelt message, Chief Akinsunbo, who also holds the revered traditional title of Mayegun of Eleyele/Arometa, described Mogaji Fagbemi of Agunleyinju Compound, Ibadanland, as a true son of the soil whose life has been dedicated to service, integrity, and the advancement of humanity.
He lauded Dr. Fagbemi as a loyal and committed supporter of Governor Seyi Makinde and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), noting that his steadfastness to the party’s ideals and progressive vision has contributed immensely to the stability, unity, and growth of the PDP in Oyo State.
According to him, Dr. Fagbemi’s leadership style is defined by humility, selflessness, and a genuine passion for public service. He described the celebrant as a philanthropist whose impact has touched many lives, especially in the areas of healthcare development and community upliftment.
Chief Akinsunbo also recalled Dr. Fagbemi’s outstanding performance during his tenure as the Chairman of the Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA), where he brought discipline, efficiency, and professionalism into traffic management, earning him widespread respect and admiration across the state.
“As the Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Fagbemi has continued to demonstrate excellence, commitment, and compassion, ensuring improved healthcare delivery and better welfare for both patients and medical personnel,” Akinsunbo added.
He prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, good health, and long life for Dr. Fagbemi, wishing him many more fruitful years of impactful service to Oyo State, Ibadanland, and humanity at large.
