The Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Islamic Affairs, Imam AbdulRasheed AbdulAzeez has extended warm felicitations to the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade Onala, on the occasion of his birthday, celebrated on December 3.
