The statement, issued through 9ja News 24/7, described Oyo State People Democratic Party (PDP) Women Leader, Yeye Ibitoye as a matriarch whose legacy of care, discipline, and dignity continues to inspire many across Oyo State and beyond.
“You are indeed a great mother. Your wisdom, compassion, and unshakable faith have touched lives and shaped destinies,” Chief Akika remarked. “As a mother to many and a pillar in our community, your role in nurturing the next generation and upholding moral values cannot be overstated.”
Chief Akika, who is also the founder of the Omituntun Benedict Foundation (OBF), further highlighted Yeye Ibitoye’s immense contribution to societal development, especially in championing women empowerment, communal unity, and youth mentoring.
He prayed for Yeye Ibitoye’s continued strength, long life, and more impactful years in good health and peace of mind.
