Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters has extended his warmest birthday wishes to oyo state commissioner for agriculture and Rural Development, Barrister Olasunkanmi Olaleye.
Hon. Bibire expressed his admiration for Barrister Olaleye’s humility, intellectual capacity, and wealth of experience.
Reflecting on their time working together in the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Bibire highlighted the joy and honor he felt collaborating with Barrister Olaleye when the latter served as Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters.
