As Christians across the globe celebrate Easter, Hon. (Dr) Dawood Akanni Olalere, popularly known as Hon. D-Al-Ameen, the Member of Oyo State House of Assembly representing Ibadan Northwest State Constituency, has extended warm Easter greetings to Christian faithful in his constituency, Oyo State, and across Nigeria.
In a statement released by SoroSoke media team, Hon. Olalere congratulated Christians on witnessing another Easter season and encouraged them to use the opportunity to offer prayers for the state and the nation. He emphasized the importance of spiritual reflection and the role of collective prayers in fostering peace and good governance.
“It is important to engage in prayers for our dear country and to continue to co-exist peacefully with people of other religious faiths,” the statement read.
Hon. Olalere also urged Christians to embody the values of love, sacrifice, and unity exemplified by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
