MSME FORUM: MSME, BMOs of Nigeria Holds First Quarterly 2024 Stakeholders Engagement in Abuja

The Forum of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Business Membership Organization’s (BMOs) of Nigeria, today Thursday 25th of April, 2024 holds the first quarterly stakeholders and national meeting. The event which took place at The Auditorium, Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC), Maitama Abuja. The event which started with the participants, members, stakeholders arrival and registration, the meeting was graced by the MSMEs Forum members, stakeholders and business membership organization’s across the 36 states in Nigeria, including FCT Abuja chapter.

The opening prayer was observed with reading the second stanza of the national anthem, welcome address by the Director General MSMEs, BMOs of Nigeria “Dr. Francis Alaneme, opening remark by Acting Director General RMRDC “Engr. Kwaya. While, Barr. Ibrahim Atukpa, presents his speech on “Strengthening the relationship between the forum of MSMEs, BMOs for optimal performance, followed by “Mrs Rose D.S Gyar (Chairman, Governing Council) presentation on “The structure of the Forum of MSMEs, BMOs of Nigeria and their key activities. Representatives from World Bank, FCMB and  Fidelity Bank were on ground to discuss and assured of supporting members with financial strength and empowerments, job opportunities and scholarship to register members across the 36 states in Nigeria, also the ongoing Fidelity MSMEs loan was discussed so so to allow interested members benefited but their business must be registered.

During the event, Amb. Opeyemi Ayanrinde Mc Swagger “Oyo State Forum Coordinator was honored to present the Goodwill message, alongside with Goodwill Messages was, FCT Science & Tech Director, represented by Mrs. Emayomi, Dr. Paschal O. Harry “Institute of Professional Industrialists “Amb. Ozigis Yakubu, Mrs. Udoimeh Mfon “National Vice-President North Central, Nigerian Association of Women Entrepreneurs “Rex Emmanuel Aondoakaa and World Bank Group. The BOT member, “Alhaji Garba Ibrahim, Mni, MFR made the affirmation of the New Governing Council.

Membership Registration was discussed, as it it complusory for everyone to register as a member so as to benefit from any of the chances, opportunities, loan or grant from the Forum, Nigeria MSMEs dully ready to take the opportunity to the grassroots and across the 774 local governments in Nigeria, World Bank Group, FCMB and Fidelity already signed MOUs to support the Forum through Loan, Grant facilities, job opportunities and scholarship to build, support, train, empower and Strengthening the MSMEs registed members only to improve the Micro, Small and Medium Businesses. MSME forum Nigeria, in partner with the Government and Financial institutions to boost and empower the business sectors and we are ready to take over the management, direction and documentation of the MSME and BMOs of Nigeria.

At exactly 2:45pm, Dr. Linus Obinna gives the vote of thanks, followed by group pictures and refreshment.
