The Senior Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Governments and Chieftaincy Matters, Honourable Ramata Agberemi Dabo RAD, expressed her gratitude to her Principal and the indefatigable Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Governor Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde for the opportunity given to her, to serve humanity in this current administration.
In lieu of that, Honourable Ramata Agberemi Dabo presented modern solar powered street lights to Ikereku Community, in Ward 1 Akinyele Local Government in order to illuminate their community and their environment at night.
Honourable Ramata Agberemi revealed that she decided to embarked on the project to established her Political nomenclature; (ÌMỌ́LÈ DÉ) meaning, “light has been restored” since last year, to support the vision of her Principal,His Excellency, Governor Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde in his quest to lighten up Oyo State as a way to provide adequate security for the good People of Oyo State.
She Solicited for continued support and prayers from all and sundry to enable Governor Seyi Makinde continue to succeed in all task ahead of him.
During the installation of the solar street lights were some leaders in the community in person of Baba Kode who is also one of the PDP Leaders in Akinyele Local Government, Iya Bose, Iyalode, member of TEAM RAD and members of the Community are all present to witness a new dawn in their community.
While Appreciating Hon. Ramata Agberemi Dabo, the entire community expressed their gratitude for given them the solar street lights because they’ve been in total blackout for years.
