(Chief) Akindipe Hammed Abiodun Akinsunbo, fondly known across Ibadan’s political sphere as Igba-Otun, has warmly felicitated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde FNSE, on the joyous occasion of his 58th birthday, which coincides with the sacred celebration of Christmas Day.
Hon. Akinsunbo, who currently serves as the Supervisory Councillor for Works in Ibadan NorthWest Local Government, described Governor Makinde as a remarkable, visionary and people-centred leader whose life and leadership mirror the timeless values of Christmas — love, sacrifice, humility and selfless service to humanity.
In a warm and heartfelt message, Chief Akinsunbo, who also holds the revered traditional title of Mayegun of Eleyele/Arometa, extolled the governor’s steadfast commitment to good governance, infrastructural renewal and inclusive development, noting that his administration has continued to deliver enduring progress and renewed hope to the people of Oyo State.
