The campaign organisation of the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) Lagos State governorship candidate, Prince Laja Adeoye MPD, has expanded its political and strategic team with the appointment of three Special Advisers.

The appointments, announced by the Coordinator of the Laja Adeoye Campaign Organization (LACO), Otunba S. A. Alebiosu, include Hon. Kunle Koya as Special Adviser on Finance, Chief Sunday Olaifa as Special Adviser on Inter-Political Party Affairs, and Hon. Seyon Aina Hunyibo as Special Adviser on Political Affairs.

According to the campaign organisation, the appointments were based on the appointees’ experience and expertise in the respective areas assigned to them.

LACO said the latest appointments were aimed at strengthening the campaign’s financial management, political coordination and strategic engagement as it intensifies preparations for the 2027 governorship election.
Alebiosu described the appointees as “round pegs in round holes,” expressing confidence that their expertise would add value to the campaign’s operations and political strategy.
He said the appointments reflected the organisation’s determination to build a formidable and professionally coordinated campaign structure capable of effectively engaging stakeholders and mobilising support for Prince Laja Adeoye and the APM across Lagos State.
“The appointments strengthen the campaign’s finance and political capacity and will support effective resource management and strategic political engagement,” the statement said.
The campaign organisation added that more appointments to strategic positions would be announced as its activities gather momentum.
It urged party members, supporters and stakeholders to welcome the new appointees and support them in their respective assignments.
The latest appointments are coming as the Laja Adeoye Campaign Organization continues to consolidate its structure ahead of the 2027 political contest in Lagos State.
