PDP consolidation is APC confusion… delayed judgement will not deny justice, according to Mayegun Sunday Olusegun Babanumi, frontline PDP House of Representatives aspirant for Ibadan North West and Ibadan South West Federal Constituency in Oyo State.
Mayegun Babanumi stated that the machinery of the current ruling party is being applied to ensure the PDP is unable to properly arrange its chances, a move he said will only discredit the APC’s “political shenanigans of turning Nigeria into a one-party state.”
The ebullient grassroots mobiliser and strong PDP member referenced what he called the APC’s “unwholesome approach to guillotine the opposition party” in a bid to cover its “dirty game” ahead of a free and fair election.
Reacting further to the court’s suspension of judgement, Mayegun Babanumi noted that the development is happening with the full knowledge that INEC’s timetable is imminent. He maintained that despite the delay, justice will not be denied for the PDP and its candidates.
