Jayeola Declares Intention to Contest Oyo Assembly Seat Under APC

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Jayeola Quadri Olalekan, popularly known as “OMO OLA,” has officially declared his intention to contest for a seat in the Oyo State House of Assembly, representing Oluyole State Constituency.

In a statement addressed to the people of Oluyole Local Government, Jayeola said his decision followed extensive consultations and careful reflection with key stakeholders, community leaders, and residents across the constituency.

He expressed his commitment to providing quality representation and advocating for the rights and welfare of his constituents if elected into the lower chamber of the state legislature.

The aspirant emphasized that his exposure, experience, and capacity would enable him to effectively collaborate with the executive arm of government in Oyo State to attract meaningful developmental projects and sponsor impactful legislation.

“I am driven by a strong desire to serve and to ensure that the voices of our people are heard. My goal is to facilitate policies and programmes that will improve the standard of living in Oluyole State Constituency,” he stated.

Jayeola further appealed to residents for their support, urging them to stand by him spiritually, morally, and physically throughout his political journey.

He assured the electorate that he would not disappoint if given the mandate, promising dedication, transparency, and people-oriented representation.

The declaration adds to the growing list of aspirants positioning ahead of the next electoral cycle in Oyo State.

He concluded by praying for the progress of the APC, Oluyole State Constituency, and Oyo State at large.
