In line with our party’s commitment to modernize membership enrollment and enhance data accuracy across all wards nationwide, this digital transition empowers local officials and ensures a seamless experience for new and old members joining the party. The new system utilizes dedicated Ward Registration Agents (WRAs) to facilitate the process on the ground.
The New Registration Process:
The workflow is designed for efficiency and precision, following a structured path from data entry to the issuance of official membership numbers:
1. Agent Authentication: Each Ward Registration Agent is assigned unique login credentials specific to their Ward.
2. Data Capture: Agents collect vital member information, including Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Residential Address, NIN, and Phone Number.
3. Digital Documentation: The system requires a live or uploaded passport photograph, which is cropped and saved directly within the interface.
4. Verification: A “Preview” stage allows for a final review of all data to ensure accuracy before submission.
5. Instant Membership: Upon successful submission, the system generates a unique PDP Membership Number for the new member immediately.
Key Requirements & Guidelines:
To maintain the integrity of the database, the PDP National Secretariat emphasizes the following:
• Identification: Both NIN and Phone Numbers must be exactly 11 digits.
• Pre-filled Security: State, LGA, and Ward delimiters are pre-filled to ensure agents operate strictly within their assigned jurisdictions.
• Urgent Action Required: All State Chapters are directed to submit the names and phone numbers of their respective Ward Registration Agents to the Directorate of Organization and Mobilization (DOM) as a matter of urgency.
