A governorship aspirant in Oyo State, Dr. Adewale Kolapo Kareem (AKK), is set to host a Four-in-One Islamic Programme on Saturday, January 24, 2026, in Ibadan.
The programme, which will be organised through his office in his capacity as the 1st Fakhar Soliheen of Oyo State, is being held in collaboration with Attaofeequ Billah Islamic and Arabic School. It is aimed at giving thanks to Almighty Allah, celebrating Islamic scholarship, promoting unity, and reinforcing moral values within society.
According to the organisers, the event will feature a Walīmatul Qur’an, Maoulud Nabiyy (S.A.W.), an award presentation ceremony, as well as the 4th anniversary of the Imam as the 1st Fakhar Soliheen of Oyo State.
The programme is scheduled to commence by 10:00 a.m. prompt at the Wabillahi Taofeeq Central Masjid Headquarters, located along the Ibadan–Ife Expressway, Baale Akintayo Area, Ajia Inukan, Ibadan.
Dr. Kareem highlighted that the programme underscores his commitment to faith-driven leadership, gratitude to Allah, and service to humanity. He added that it would also serve as an avenue to recognise excellence and dedication within the Islamic community.
He has therefore extended invitations to friends, family members, religious leaders, political associates, well-wishers, and members of the general public to attend the programme with their families, noting that their presence would add value and blessings to the occasion.
The organisers described the event as open to all and urged members of the public to participate in what they termed a spiritually uplifting and unifying gathering.
