The GSMists Ibadan North have expressed warm felicitation the vibrant, visionary, and indefatigable Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade Onala, on the auspicious occasion of his birthday, celebrated on December 3.
