Makinde’s Commissioner Lauded for Christmas Support to Ibadan North Councillors

The Ibadan North Local Government (IBNLG) Councillors have expressed profound gratitude to the Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon. (Mrs)  Toyin Balogun, for her generous donation of Christmas food items to members of the legislative council.

In an appreciation message jointly signed by the IBNLG Councillors, the lawmakers described the gesture as timely, thoughtful, and deeply reassuring, especially as it came during the festive season when families and communities gather to celebrate love, sharing, and goodwill.

According to the councillors, the kind intervention of the commissioner is a clear reflection of her compassionate leadership style, motherly disposition, and unwavering commitment to the welfare and well-being of the people, particularly at the grassroots level. They noted that the support brought joy, relief, and a renewed sense of belonging to the beneficiaries, making the Christmas celebration more meaningful and memorable.
