The Honourable Member representing Ibadan Northwest State Constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Aare Hon. (Dr) Dawood Akanni Olalere (D-Al-Ameen), has extended warm birthday felicitations to His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, the Executive Governor of Oyo State.
