The Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency (OYSAA) has issued a public warning regarding what it describes as an unauthorised launch of mobile stickers for the 2026 operational year by a consulting firm identified as Exodus Professionals.

In an official statement signed by the Director-General, Oludolapo Eso-Ajanaku, the Agency alerted the general public, stakeholders, and operators within the mobile sticker sector that Exodus Professionals proceeded to introduce the 2026 mobile stickers without due process and without the requisite approval of the Agency.

OYSAA stressed that it unequivocally disassociates itself from the purported launch, noting that the action is neither recognised nor sanctioned by the Agency.

“All stakeholders and mobile sticker operators across Oyo State are strongly advised not to engage in any transactions, negotiations, or purchases relating to the 2026 mobile stickers from Exodus Professionals or any unapproved entity,” the statement read.

The Agency emphasized that only State-approved consultants, duly appointed by the Oyo State Government and compliant with all regulatory requirements, are authorised to produce, distribute, or manage mobile stickers for the 2026 operational year.

OYSAA encouraged members of the public seeking clarification to visit its office located on the 3rd Floor, Water Corporation Building, Oyo State Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan.
