Honourable Abayomi Fagbenro-Bibire, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, has congratulated the Chairman of Ibadan Northwest Local Government, Honourable Abdulrahman Adepoju on his birthday today, November 19, 2025.
In a statement he personally issued by him and made available to Polity Reporters, Bibire praised the chairman’s purposeful leadership, which he described as a driving force behind the visible growth and development of the local government across social, political and economic spheres.
Bibire, who hails from the Ibadan Southwest and Northwest Federal Constituency, also described Adepoju as a true Omoluabi whose character and conduct remain worthy of emulation by leaders of today and those yet to emerge.
He added that history will continue to be kind to Honourable Adepoju for the manner in which he has steered the affairs of the local government over the years, managing available resources with uncommon prudence while still delivering meaningful and commendable results.
He further applauded the chairman’s contributions to the progress of Oyo State and Nigeria at large, noting that his commitment to state and national initiatives validates his passion for development beyond his immediate jurisdiction.
