The People’s Democratic Party in Oyo State has congratulated Nigerians and the people of Oyo State on the 65th independence anniversary of the country.
In a statement released by the State Party Chairman, Hon. Dayo Ogungbenro, the Party said irrespective of the challenges facing the country, Nigerians have proven to be resilient and grateful.
The Party said the country will continue to triumph irrespective of the challenges facing it.
The Party also commended the people of Oyo State for standing by the Engr Seyi Makinde led government since inception.
He said the government will continue to ensure that the welfare of the people of Oyo State continues to remain the top priority of the government and the Party.
