The Oladeni Toki Foundation (OTF), under the leadership of its Chairman, Surveyor Bayo Oladeni, has reinforced its commitment to community development with the replacement of a damaged 2,500-litre water tank at Ward 3, Isaba Eruwa, in Ibarapa East Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The tank, which is connected to the community’s motorized borehole, had served residents for several years before breaking down, leaving households struggling to access clean and safe water. The newly installed facility is expected to restore a steady supply of potable water, ease the burden of water collection, and improve hygiene standards across the community.
Women and children, who are often most affected by water scarcity, are among the primary beneficiaries of the intervention. Community leaders and residents expressed gratitude to the Foundation, describing the gesture as timely and impactful. They commended OTF for its unwavering dedication to grassroots development and for prioritizing the welfare of underserved communities.
Speaking at the official handover, representatives of the Foundation emphasized OTF’s focus on sustainable projects in water, health, and education, designed to uplift rural communities and improve living conditions.
Surveyor Bayo Oladeni reaffirmed the Foundation’s mission to provide practical solutions to pressing community challenges. He stressed that access to clean water is a fundamental right and remains a top priority for OTF’s interventions.
With the installation of the new water tank, residents of Ward 3, Isaba Eruwa can now look forward to reliable access to safe water, reduced health risks, and an overall improvement in quality of life.
