The Aare Musulumi of Ekotedoland and Ibadan NorthWest Alhaji (Hon.) Dr Dawood Akanni Olalere, popularly known as D-Al-Ameen who the honourable member representing Ibadan Northwest State Constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly has extended his heartfelt felicitations to Muslims in Oyo State, Nigeria, and across the world on the joyous occasion of Eid-El-Maulud 2025.
In his goodwill message, Hon. Olalere urged the Muslim Ummah to reflect on the noble virtues of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), particularly love, peace, humility, compassion, and tolerance, which remain essential for building a just and harmonious society.
He further encouraged citizens, irrespective of religious beliefs, to use the celebration as an opportunity to pray for enduring peace, security, and stability in Oyo State and Nigeria at large, while supporting the administration of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, in his efforts to foster unity and sustainable development in the state.
Expressing confidence in the resilience of Oyo State and Nigeria, Alhaji Olalere noted:
“With our collective prayers, faith, and commitment, I believe our dear state and country will overcome all challenges. I wish the Muslim Ummah a blessed and prosperous Maulud Nabbiy celebration. May Almighty Allah continue to bless us all and grant answers to our prayers. Amin.”
