
The Mogaji Gbopa Family, Mogaji Samuel Kolawole Ajadi(SKA) has mourned the late Olubadan of Ibadanland His Imperial Majesty Oba Owolabi Olakulehin who recently joined his ancestors at the age of 90 years. He commiserated with the entire Olakulehin family and good people of Ibadanland on the demise of the king.
Mogaji Ajadi expressed deep sadness over the death of the Olubadan, describing his reign as a testament to his deep commitment to the unity, cultural preservation, and socio-economic development of his domain. He charged the residents of Ibadanland to honor the memory of Late oba Olakulehin by upholding the values of peace and unity preached by the late Monarch.
In the same vein, Mogaji Samuel Kolawole Ajadi on behalf of all the sons and Daughters of Gbopa family home and Abroad has felicitated with the Olubadan designate, Oba Senator Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja.He described Senator Ladoja’s emergence as a historic moment, marking the first time a former governor with impressive political antecedents would occupy the esteemed position.
Mogaji Ajadi prayed for God’s guidance and protection for the Olubadan designate and expressed confidence that Oba Ladoja would leverage his experience to drive development and unity in the ancient city of Ibadanland.
In Conclusion, Mogaji Samuel Kolawole Ajadi on behalf of Gbopa family condoles with His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde, immediate family members of Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, the Olubadan-in-council, Oyo state Traditional Council , M9gajis, Baales and entire Ibadanland on the demise of the Monarch, he prayed to Almighty God to grant him eternal rest. Mogaji Ajadi further congratulated Oba Senator Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja on his ascension to the throne. He prayed to Almighty God to grant Oba Senator Ladoja divine wisdom and long life to lead Ibadanland
