Hon. Akindipe Akinsunbo Felicitates First Lady of Oyo State, Engr. (Mrs) Makinde

The Supervisory Councillor for Works in Ibadan North-West Local Government, Hon. Akindipe Hammed Abiodun Akinsunbo, popularly known as Igba-Otun, has extended warm felicitations to the First Lady of Oyo State, Engr. (Mrs) Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde, describing her as a pillar of strength and a mother to the entire state.

Hon. Akinsunbo, who also holds the prestigious traditional title of Mayegun of Eleyele/Arometa, praised the First Lady for her unwavering support to the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, especially in matters affecting women, children, and the vulnerable.

“Engr. (Mrs) Tamunominini Makinde is not just the wife of the Executive Governor of Oyo State, she is a symbol of compassion, humility, and resilience. Her tireless efforts in championing social welfare, health, and education initiatives have brought hope to countless families across the state,” Hon. Akinsunbo stated.

He further commended her for embodying the true virtues of motherhood and leadership, noting that her gracious presence continues to inspire women and youths to contribute positively to society.

“As a devoted wife and an exceptional First Lady, she has stood firmly beside His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, providing the moral and emotional support that strengthens his visionary leadership. Oyo State is indeed blessed to have her,” he added.

Praying for the continued success and well-being of the First Lady, Hon. Akinsunbo said, “May Almighty God continue to grant our mother in the state good health, abundant wealth, and divine wisdom as she continues to play her vital role in building a better Oyo State.”
