The leadership of the People’s Democratic Party in Oyo State has commiserated with the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde and his family over the death of his eldest brother, Engr Sunday Makinde who died in the early hours of today.
The PDP in a statement signed by the State Chairman and the Secretary of the Party directed that the PDP flags be flown at half mast for three days and also enjoined all party members to keep the Makinde family
in their prayers.
The Party prayed that God will stop such occurrence in the future and keep the rest of the family safe and sound.
It could be recalled that the news of the Governor’s eldest brother’s death was shared by the Head of the Aigbofa family of Ojà’ba and the Bada Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Ölumuyiwa Makinde early this morning.
