Hon. (Dr.) Dawood Olalere D-Al-Ameen, representing Ibadan North West State Constituency, has congratulated the Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board (OYHMB), Chief. (Dr.) Akintomide Stephen Fagbemi, on his birthday celebration.
