
…. Adepoju Charges New Appointees To Initiate Useful Ideas for the growth of the local government

The Executive Chairman of Ibadan Northwest Local Government, Alh AbdulRahman Olanrewaju Adepoju has charged newly sworn-in Supervisors and Special Advisers to initiate ideas that will enhance the growth of the Local Government.
He made the assertions at the swearing-in ceremony of Supervisors and Special Assistants held at the Council Secretariat Onireke.
While congratulating the Supervisors and the Special Assistants on their appointments, Alh Adepoju charged them to be proactive in their schedules by coming up with useful plans that will touch and impact the lives of the people in their respective wards and the Local Government. He advised them to work harmoniously with other political functionaries to advance their
agenda of growth and prosperity of the people.
The Executive Chairman maintained that the present Administration under the leadership of His Excellency, Engr Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde is determined and dedicated to bring development to the citizenry especially at the grassroot level. He said ” it is not gainsaying that Gov.Makinde Omituntun 2.0 has been so magnanimous by extending dividends of democracy to all the nooks and crannies of the state, hence, the need to compliment His Excellency’s efforts in ensuring that all his visions for the state in Omituntun 2.0 come to reality.
The Council Boss appreciated His Excellency, Engr Oluwaseyi Makinde and all PDP leaders in Ibadan North West Local Government for their expeditious manner and solomonic wisdom in coming up with the lists of the appointees. He pledged his passionate dedication to ensuring that the confident and trust they reposed in him wil be sustained.

Congratulated the appointees but charged them not to see themselves as the most qualified or connected among their counterparts but the grace of God and their commitment to the party, their wards and the local government favored them. For those who could not make the present appointment, the party leaders implored them to exercise patience and stay committed as ever.They made them realised that power belongs to God and He gives to whoever He wants based on HIS justification. They wished them best of luck in their political careers and pray that favor and Grace of God shall speak for them soon.
Earlier in her welcome address, the Head of the Local Government Administration, Mrs Rachael Olabode rejoiced with the appointees and assured them full cooperation of career officers throughout their tenure in office.
In his response on behalf of the new appointees, Mr Dauda Oladele thanked His Excellency and all PDP starlwarts in Ibadan North West Local Government for their appointments and promised not to betray the trust they had in them.
The swearing-in of additional three Supervisors and two Special Advisers to the existing ones make the supervisors in the Local Government to be fourteen and Special Advisers to be thirteen respectively.
The newly sworn-in supervisors were Mr Dauda Oladele, Mrs Busola Ladapo and Mr Sikiru Adegoke. While the Special Advisers were Mr Samson Olumuyiwa and Mr Tolu Akintewe.
