Chief Benedict Akika, a renowned philanthropist and founder of Omituntun Benedict Foundation, has congratulated Hon. Riliwan Gbadamosi, popularly address as Wale Canada, member representing Saki East State Constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly on his birthday.
