… As Council Task for Operation Deliver Your Polling Units
The Campaign Council in Ibadan NorthWest local government held an inaugural meeting committee ahead of the April 27th 2024 local government elections in the Oyo State, aiming to ensure victory for the party’s candidates.
The epoch-making event took place at the council hall Onireke on Tuesday, with the attendance of members constituted by the People Democratic Party Ibadan NorthWest.
It is noted that on February 27th, the PDP chairmanship candidate, Hon. Rahman Adepoju, and his vice, Hon. Ganiy Omotosho, appointed Hon. Rale Opeyemi Olumuyiwa, Hon. (Prince) Lateef Jaiyeoba Letua and Hon. Asimiyu Gbolagade as the Director-General, Deputy and Secretary of the campaign council respectively.
In his speech, the Director-General, Hon Rale Opeyemi commended the party executives and candidates for their sincerity of purpose, urging all committee members to support the team to achieve a landslide victory.
He added that members of the campaign council have been urged to work in unity to ensure the victory of the party’s candidates at the polls.
