The Joint Oyo Zone of Park Management System (PMS) Oyo State have congratulated their boss, Alh. AbdulWasiu Tomiwa Omolewa (Tommy) on his inauguration as Chairman of Oyo State Park Management System (PMS) alongside other executive members.
