A group of civil servants in Oyo State who were wrongly accused of illegality in service and sacked between 2017 – 2019 by the administration of Late Governor Ajimobi has maintained their continuous support to Governor Makinde as promised in Omituntun 1.0 which is unravelling in Omituntun 2.0.
The Indicted civil servants range from different ministries and agencies of Oyo State Government accused and sacked for inappropriate employment documents by the last administration but have been verified and found innocent by the administration led by Governor Makinde.
The group of civil servants firstly expressed their gratitude to the government of Gov Seyi Makinde for the giant developmental strides in Oyo State which have made the state Modern. They stated all sectors; Education, Health, Security and Welfare of the people in which the governor has touched positively and in no doubt Engr Seyi Makinde can be referred to the real the Engineer and ‘Koseleri’ of Modern Oyo State.
The group also expressed their delights to the governor for listening to them and setting up several panels to check, which apparently have found them innocent while just few have been cleared.
“We maintain our undiluted support to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State is a man with a good heart and wonderful intentions for Oyo State. Our promise of Omituntun 1.0 remains likewise in Omituntun 2.0.”, the group said.
The group however appeals to the state government, most especially Governor Seyi Makinde and Mrs Olubunmi Oni, the head of office Oyo State, to kindly finalise every process for those left, not to be bedridden because of the issue.
“we are kindly appealing to the good governor of Oyo State once again to look into the left over indicted Oyo civil servants.
Our indefatigable head of service, Mrs Olubunmi Oni mni and Ministry of Establishment, we salute your effor but please help us to put more on the finalise process in order not to allow some of us to go bedridden due to this issue.” they added.
They added that the governor is a man of God’s heart with many wonderful intentions for the state likewise the people of Oyo State, using the medium to condole with the governor on Bodija Explosion which claims Lives and Properties.
