DELE ADEOLA greatest leadership gift is in his recognition that WE ARE ALL BOUND TOGETHER in ways that are invisible to the natural eyes.
He is the embodiment of unity, equality and fairness and true Representation.
He Believes there is oneness of humanity, that we can only achieve ourselves by sharing ourselves with others, and caring for those around us.
My close encounter with him, has revealed to me his superb leadership style and how good hearted he is.
He is a beacon of hope to many, an irreplaceable icon of HUMANITY and DEFENDER of NATIONAL VALUES, who founds joy in making people around him happy.
He has on several occasions performed selfless and humanitarian services to his people. And has proof him self capable through Quality Representation which has brought many Dividends of Democracy to our Dear consistuency.
He is a leader that never fold his hands where he is supposed to embrase and he has never closed his doors when he has to accommodate. He is very open and accommodating, easy going man and above all he is a lover of his people and a God fearing fellow with Good heart.
