Oyo State is set to witness a significant event on April 29, 2025, as the 2025 Oyo Youth Summit commences with a statewide Awareness/Sensitization Walk. The walk will take place concurrently in five major geopolitical zones across the state, starting at 10 am.
The designated points of convergence for the walk are:
- Ibadan Zone: Government House Arcade, Agodi Gate, Ibadan
- Ogbomoso Zone: Ogbomoso South Local Government Secretariat, Arowomole, Ogbomoso
- Oyo Zone: Atiba Town Hall, Oyo
- Ibarapa Zone: Lanlate Old Garage
- Oke Ogun Zone: Iseyin Town Hall, opposite Iseyin Palace
This initiative aims to engage youths from various parts of the state, promoting awareness and sensitization on key issues affecting them. By organizing the walk across different zones, the summit organizers hope to foster inclusivity and encourage active participation from youths across Oyo State.
