The Executive Chairman of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran, has organized a solemn 38th anniversary remembrance prayer in honour of his late mother, Alhaja Kudirat Aduke Adeniran.
The poignant event, attended by family, friends, and dignitaries, celebrated the life and legacy of the deceased matriarch. In his heartfelt tribute, Dr. Adeniran reflected on his mother’s enduring influence: “Alhaja Kudirat Aduke Adeniran’s love, wisdom, and guidance continue to inspire me to serve our community and educate future generations.”
The ceremony featured Islamic prayers eulogies, and Quranic recitations, highlighting Alhaja Adeniran’s exemplary life, virtues, and contributions to her family and society.
In his sermon, Sheu Abdulwasiu Oriyomi remembered the late Alhaja Kudirat Aduke Adeniran as an embodiment of selflessness and stability. He offered prayers for the family, seeking strength and solace for Hon. Rasaq Adeniran, Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran’s father
