The Chairman, Oyo State Hospital Management Board, Dr Akintomide Stephen Fagbemi has been lauded for his sterling leadership and commitment to the development of the health sector in Oyo State.
Dr Fagbemi received the commendation from a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, Otunba Seye Famojuro when he paid him a courtesy visit in his office.
Otunba Famojuro, who is also an ally of Governor Seyi Makinde, said he was impressed with the achievements of Dr Fagbemi since he assumed office, adding that his leadership style is a testament to his commitment to the people of Oyo State.
“Your achievements in office are a testament to your leadership skills and vision. I am impressed with the way you have transformed the health sector in Oyo State,” Otunba Famojuro said.
Dr Fagbemi, while responding, thanked Otunba Famojuro for the visit and the commendation, saying that he is committed to continuing his good work and making Oyo State a model of excellence in healthcare delivery.
“I am grateful for the visit and the commendation. I will continue to work tirelessly to deliver on our shared goals and make Oyo State a model of excellence in healthcare delivery,” Dr Fagbemi said.
Dr Fagbemi also reaffirmed his loyalty to Governor Makinde, saying that he is committed to supporting the Governor’s vision for Oyo State.
“I am committed to supporting the Governor’s vision for Oyo State, and I will continue to work closely with him to deliver on our shared goals,” Dr Fagbemi said.
The visit was seen as a boost to the morale of the Hospital Management Board, and a testament to the positive impact of Dr Fagbemi’s leadership on the healthcare sector in Oyo State.
