On Saturday, October 5th, 2024, the NASFAT Youth Endurance Trek 2024 and Health Talk concluded successfully.
The event, which began at Total Garden and ended at the Oyo Zone 1 office, featured a challenging trek and a valuable mental health awareness session.
Participants were led on a strenuous journey from Total Garden to Iwo Road, culminating at the Oyo Zone 1 office where a health talk was conducted.
Alhaja Semiat Oluwakemi Oke, the speaker, provided insightful information on mental health, stress, and anxiety management.
Comrade Abdulquadri Abdulsalam, Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Oyo State Chapter, expressed his appreciation for the state coordinator’s dedication to youth development and their affiliation with the NYCN.
“I use this opportunity to commend the state coordinator of NASFAT for the unwavering contributions to youth development in the state and as an affiliate of the National Youth Council”.
The event was a resounding success, highlighting the importance of physical and mental well-being among Nigerian youth.
