The Faculty of Agriculture at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, has honored Oloye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, FCA, with its prestigious Distinguished Alumni Award.
The award ceremony took place as part of the 13th Faculty of Agriculture Lecture, a key event that celebrates excellence and progress within the faculty.
Professor Akeem A. Tijani, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, extended the invitation to Adegoke, acknowledging his exceptional contributions to the development of the faculty.
Adegoke, a renowned businessman, philanthropist, and media mogul, has been recognized for his generous donations and the successful execution of numerous projects aimed at improving the learning environment at OAU.

Adegoke, who holds several prominent positions, including Chairman of Aweni Communication Services Limited (Solutions 93.9 FM) and President of Jericho Businessmen Club, is a respected leader in Ibadanland and beyond.
He has demonstrated a consistent commitment to enhancing educational standards and fostering growth within the agricultural sector.
