Hon. Adeola Dele , a member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing the people of Iseyin/Itesiwaju State Constituency, has set a new benchmark in quality representation. Through his dedication to meaningful legislative work, he has demonstrated a commitment to addressing the pressing issues facing his constituents.
One of Hon. Adeola’s most impactful contributions is his sponsorship of the Oyo State Real Property Protection Bill 2023. This bill has tackled longstanding challenges in property ownership, providing practical solutions to land disputes and enhancing property rights across Oyo State. Leveraging his expertise as a surveyor and his foresight as a lawmaker, Hon. Adeola crafted this bill with an understanding of the complexities surrounding land issues.
Notably, the bill introduces strict penalties for land grabbers, reinforcing the protection of property rights and deterring those who have previously exploited legal loopholes. This significant legislative move marks a shift toward greater security and fairness for property owners in the state.
