As the holy month of Ramadan comes to a close, Chairman of the Olusegun Okanlawon Foundation, OOF, Ambassador Engr. (Dr) David Olusegun Okanlawon has joined Muslims around the world in celebrating the joyous occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
Okanlawon shared a heartfelt message, conveyed by his Media and Communications Assistant, Adedokun Sunday Harshasha, to commemorate the occasion.
He emphasized the importance of embracing the core values of Islam, saying, “As we celebrate Eid al-Fitr, I urge all Muslims to uphold the values of compassion, kindness, and generosity that define our faith.”
The philanthropist also prayed for peace, unity, and prosperity in Nigeria, and expressed his gratitude to Allah for the blessings of Ramadan.
Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of Ramadan, is a time for celebration, reflection, and renewal. It is a day to come together with family and friends, to share in the joys of the occasion, and to strengthen bonds of unity and solidarity.
