The Omituntun Benedict Foundation (OBF), a non-profit organization founded by Agba’Akin Benedict Akika, has called for an intensive investigation into the abduction of her founder since Wednesday.
AgbaAkin Benedict Akika, a respected personality and philanthropist in Oyo State, was reportedly abducted on September 4 and his whereabouts remain unknown.
The Omituntun Benedict Foundation in statement through the media advisory has expressed deep concern over his disappearance and is demanding that the relevant authorities conduct a thorough and swift investigation to ensure his safe return.
“We are deeply worried about the disappearance of AgbaAkin Benedict Akika, and we urge the police and other relevant authorities to do everything possible to find him and bring him back home safely.”
The OBF has also called on the community to come together and support the efforts of the authorities in finding AgbaAkin Benedict Akika. “We must all work together to ensure that AgbaAkin is found and returned to his family and loved ones”.
“We will not rest until AgbaAkin is found and returned home safely,” said a spokesperson for the OBF.
However, the prayer session in christianity and Islamic is being continuously held across Oyo State respectively and simultaneously at Akinyele and Lagelu local governments on Sunday, September 8.
