A business leader and philanthropist, Olujide Adekunle, popularly known as Emperor Integrity, has extended his congratulations to Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle Sunday (DON) following his victory in the Ibadan North Federal House of Representatives bye-election.
Adekunle described the victory as a reflection of the people’s trust in Hon. Sunday’s capacity to represent them with dignity, inclusion, and purpose.
He further commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his foresight in appointing Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade as Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, describing the move as a “round peg in a round hole.” According to him, Olufade’s leadership has already restored unity and peace in the area.
Adekunle also praised Otunba Seye Famojuro, popularly called “King of Boys,” for his role in empowering youths and strengthening the PDP family across Oyo State. He equally acknowledged the contributions of PDP stakeholders in Ibadan North, stressing that their unity has been crucial to the party’s recent successes.
Speaking on his personal contributions, Adekunle highlighted the roles of his organizations Crystal Vizion Integrated Service Limited and the Beacon of Grace Foundation in community development, economic empowerment, and humanitarian support.
Importantly, he extended heartfelt appreciation to Akeem Olatunji, the PDP Publicity Secretary and GSM Advocate Media Coordinator, for his strategic role in shaping the media narrative and galvanizing grassroots support that contributed to the electoral success.
Adekunle further saluted all PDP local government chairmen across Oyo State, recognizing their commitment, sacrifices, and grassroots mobilization, which he said were pivotal to the party’s victory. He equally lauded the entire Oyo State PDP stakeholders, noting that their unity, resilience, and dedication continue to set the party apart as a model of teamwork and progressive leadership.
He expressed optimism that Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle DON’s emergence signals a new dawn for Ibadan North, marked by progress, inclusivity, and impactful representation.
