HAPPY EIDEL KABIR (ILEYA) 2025: BEING THE CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE OF THE GOVERNOR ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN BROADCASTERS’ (ANBROAD), OYO STATE CHAPTER, “DR. OPEYEMI AYANRINDE, DELIVERED ON FRIDAY 6TH JUNE, 2025, TO ALL MUSLIMS.
All praises due to Almighty God for sparing us good life with sound health through out the year. We do pray for His forgiveness, continuous protection and everlasting blessings to witness many years in prosperity. In deed, on behalf of all our Patrons, elders, national officers, state executives and entire members of the Association, ANBROAD, Oyo State Chapter, l deem it, not only necessary but compulsory for me to felicitate with all muslims, particularly, my professional colleagues in this country (Nigeria) and Oyo State in particular, for being able to celebrate this year (lleya) festival with full of joy and unlimited opportunities. I do believe that “felicitation is a sign of love and togetherness”. May God accept all your services as an act of worship.
CONGRATULATIONS. How ever, permit me to say that Nigeria is our fathers land. She deserves our fervent prayers for peace, unity and favourable economy, as celebrations are on going. Also, our pace setter state, Oyo, should be remembered in prayers for continuous growth, development and comfortability. May God always direct our leaders and governments to the right path for remarkable achievements.
By and large, l, Dr. Opeyemi Ayanrinde popularly known as MC SWAGGER, also the Governor Oyo State ANBROAD, want to use this medium also to appeal to all my professional colleagues in this noble Association (ANBROAD) to always see broadcasting as a profession that calls for continuous education. This would definitely increase the credibility and personality in the field of broadcasting. It will help us to be traditional and ethical in our choice of career. Knowing fully well that “ethical broadcasting is a sign of being professional”. Also, professionalism is a key to effective communication. Let’s try to give what our career deserves, in order to become traditional, ethical and professional seasoned broadcasters. Once again, congratulations to you all.
